i have 12 trades left and 353 left in the bank i'm one of the few who didn't start with ablett but i am planning on eventually getting him in but do i do it this week or wait and hope his price maybe drops a little ?

I could potentially drop Judd, Gibbs, Kerr or Foley for him but i like these guys in my team which makes it a hard decison.

So do i bite the bullet and bring him in for a foley or do i hope for a 50k turn around in price and hope i can trade him for rich or otten? opinions please ?

ablett has a b/e even he can't get .... not now..

He would have to have his best game of the year by far.. even ebating his near 200 week, after coming back from injury NOT to drop in price.. Hell get 100, and drop money... and next week hopefully some more cash and tehn it will be back to old ablett gett 150 a game at 680k.

Wait.....price will drop significantly. Have a browse throught the Ablett thread here.

Thanks boys, is there anywhere where you can have a look at how the pricing system works & wat scores constitute what in terms of price changes?

nah will drop needed to score 216 to keep his price think he will drop 25K this week

He'll have another high break even for round 10 and then we'll have to jump on him. He'll be about $690-$700K. Not as low as we would have liked but at least we know he's fully fit for his return to our teams.

You needed to have a careful plan for his return and plenty of cash up your sleeve! Although at worst you could trade him for one of your premium mids as your team will still be better off with the perma-captain back.

Traded him back in this week. Cost a lot of money and 2 trades but you can't argue with his results.

i just paid the premium. Sooner or later he'll crack 250 somewhere i want him as captn when he does

Damn... I didn't think he would almost hit is average in his first game! That's insane..

Coming back from recovery and a 150 point game!

He'll still go down and then next round probably again.. about b/e of 200 or so I'm thinking...

weather I bring him in next round or the one after is purely based on how my rookies are going.... if Beams will never come back then he's Ablett, if rich can only rise up for one more week then he's ablett.

He was always fit and ready to go for this week so not sure why people thought he'd be slow to come back.

If Ablett was in any other AFL team bar the cats he would of played last week.

Groin injuries are traditionally touchy.

Hell look at the other team, Higgins struggled with his.

But Gary, well he didnt seem to miss a beat.

Still it'll be interesting to see his B/E next week.

oh yer, i was still working off his current price (753k) rather than 724k. so basically his BE hasnt changed from this week.

I don't know how people can figure that all out but you really need to get a life:o

May wait an extra week to bring him in if he is highly likely to drop in price again. Will be versing a quality outfit in the Dons so we may be able to get him to haemmorage by keeping him below 100 points.

He is ranked 22nd in SC, i think he has every right to spend as much time as possible and get that 50K! Who needs a life when there is 50K up for grabs?

Under 100? Yeah right, only game he has done that is when he got injured.....

Under 130 is more reasonable and i would be more than happy with that!

Yea fair call he would also be scoring about 50 less a week in any other side. The amount of times he gets the footy given to him when he shouldn't is amazing. His a gun don't get me wrong but Judd is still a better footballer he doesn't not get it handed to him on a silver pladder as often.
