Bring back the drums!

They were awesome, part of Freo and set the atmosphere at Subi. We need them back, can we do anything? Old bag supporters from the dirty birds complained after a derby? It's bullshit, not like they were going constantly and they were quieter than the Bell ringer.

We need both Drums, 1 on the field and 1 in the cheer squad
