The boys are out but played their hearts out! well done for taking a huge step in 06

what showed out against Sydney is our lack of ability to win the contested possession. Swans looked to be stronger in the one on one contest and had the skill and trust to kick it to each other.

Confident we will be better with young players gaining experience, skills and strength to contribute further in 07

Fremantle have something to build on. They done well to get as far as they did and they better not let it go to waste in 2007. I am happy to get into the Grand Final, but good on the Dockers for a great 06.

Agreed with all the errors and players who had poor games we where still in it so it looks good for next year.bring it on

Belly and Pav played their hearts out. Shame about the last quarter but now you have experienced what the Swans can do to a team in the finals, I know more than most they save their best for the big games.

Plenty to be excited about, Sandilands will win AA next year, Haselby, once he gets 100% fit remains your best player besides Pavo.

All you can do now is cheer hopefully the eagles on to beat the Swans and rightfully bring the cup back west, we may even allow your to touch it, but you must muster all your effort to win it back the following season, and if that happens, I would not want the cup to go to a more deserving team in the AFL.

I have a soft spot in me heart for you lot, stay afloat and witness good things next year.
