Bringing up the kids

Here in Sydney we don't get much exposure to the Blues. When the footy comes up in conversation or in the playground it's usually red and white rather than Navy Blue.

So yesterday, 9 of the Sydney Swans players came to my daughter's primary school to brainwash them and hand out Swans propaganda. I didn't even know they were coming, but she did! She went to school prepared with all the stickers Carlton sent us for membership this year and covered the red and white pencilcase they gave her with Old Dark Navy Blue.

Sniff! I've never been prouder.
