Basically said that Wallace was the best cost that he has had ( hasn't had many thou).
Wallace does alot of work behind the scenes, especially on the opposition.

He coaches sides based on there strengths rather than a set game plan. Which seems pretty acurate in what he has done with our forward line.
Wallace has the abitlty to use our strengths and find the oppositions strengths and negate them.
