its not the matches its the recovery
he was class against port and the kangas last season but he couldnt keep getting back up
you dont train for 6 months and have a hiccup this is serious
he couldnt recover bc he didnt have the fitness levels and the leg was obviously still tender. Since he took the rod out his recovery time has improved dramatically. No more drawn out soreness..
hiccups after big injuries always happen and are natural whether they be soft tissue or something like this. If the club arent jerking us around and it is just a hotspot he'll be right to go with no lasting effects by round 3 or 4.
