See I dont understand this. HE IS a key defender
He is a Key position player, but clearly not a key defender in the competition when he's the fourth best option down back

I guess we could trade our first round draft pick for andrew lovett - that worked out well champyour recruiters obviously don't.. good skillful player, but pick 17?? paying overs a bit

pick 17 for wellingham? really? not worth a first rounder
Who ever said i was happy with that deal? never wanted him, plus that was under the ross Lyon era. Last year we received Ahmed Saad, Terry Milera and pick 27 in exchange for pick 25.. I have no doubting Ahmed Saad will be a superstar, his stats speak for themselves and Terry Milera will be a decent player also.. You however decided on going down the path of picking Wellingham up in exchange for Pick 17!.. Now collingwood look more than likely to pick up Clinton Young as a free agent to replace wellingham.. Collingwood = Big winners!! West Coast = Moderate losersI guess we could trade our first round draft pick for andrew lovett - that worked out well champ
If a trade can't be done Cripps says he is happy to stay. as (unlike Brown) he has been getting good game timeWe'll balance it out by getting Cripps for peanuts.

He was a 2nd year player this year.. Brown was in his 6th year this year. that is the difference12 games (how many a sub?) as opposed to 8.. Not a major difference. Can't remember the last time a player passed a medical at a new club and stayed at his old one.

I don't want cripps to leave, but if he wants to go, then i hope we get something for him.. What i Don't understand is that Brown doesn't want to be at west coast, because at the moment he isn't in your best 22 and wants opportunities elsewhere after being on a list for 6 years and not given much opportunity. Yet you guys want to keep him as insurance in case 1 of your 3 key talls goes down or retires (Glass). If he considers himself to be a best 22 player and has confidence in himself, why would he want to stay? And if he doesn't want to stay. Why are you guys so hellbent on keeping him?
Mackenzie? And if that one injury happens next season, we have no other options to play fullback.
For the purpose of this scenario he's playing CHB.Mackenzie?
Well Schofield could go to CHB and Mackenzie to FB.. Then Brennan could play the running half back role that playsFor the purpose of this scenario he's playing CHB.

How many fringe players did Sydney give games this season just for the sake of it?
