The other guy's name was Dom Ronaldo, or something like that. I don't think Bruce knew who he was either because he kept calling him Don (instead of Dom).

Cant say I have heard of him, bit rich when I thought I heard him say he was Mr Football.

Seemed to talk some crap and try and be funny, but it didnt work.

Wasnt Graeme Campbell Mr Football? Or was he Mr Oneaten? I know Ted Whitten was but didnt someone else in SA have that moniker?

Well in that case I thought Johnny Warren was known as Mr Football in this country.
I am not a huge follower of soccer but thats what I thought was the case.
So when I heard this nobody claim to be Mr Football I was a bit suprised seeing who I saw as "Mr Football" from both codes have passed away.

Does that make sense?

I don't know Dom's background but he has been doing the morning show DN with Popplestone for the last couple of weeks. Before that he was on the nightly DN sports show last year with Fewings & Popplestone (I think he was the producer). I reckon he did the RPH morning sports show a couple of years back as well.

Think i'll stick with KG & Cornesy & listen in to SEN at other times.

As you say it's mainly for the Melbourne market but at least we will have a bit of variety.

How was Times Square on new years eve NikkiNoo ?? i was thinking of you as i was watching the ABBA show on the ABC.

is my thoughts on mark aiston - one of the worst commentators/interviewers I have ever heard, I am pretty sure my dog does not grovel to people quite like he does!

Times Square new years eve...... well didn't quite get there, but i can tell you that the fence to central park is not comfortable (comes to a fairly sharp point) but the feel was pretty good with the crowd, occasional fights and crowd surges etc but only 11 people arrested mainly cause the cops stood on the outside and were not going into the crowds to sort things out.
