His association with the footy club, and anything duty bound football has ended, and ended awhile ago now.
He obviously wants to do something different and probably put himself out of his comfort zone. I hope he does well.
Considering he has a contract with fox footy from this year, he has no commitment to channel 10 regarding his pending football media career....

I’m switching between the BBL and SBS and this show.
SBS has ads, the BBL is a farce because of Covid. It’s only because I saw Buckley while surfing during ads that I even was aware of this show.
Bit hey, I’m sure you prefer your narrative.

Last I checked, he’s an entirely rational adult entitled to make his own decisions. He has spent the majority of his life in the media as an entertainer (footballer). Why is this any different?

If he was going on big brother, or married at first sight I’d be questioning his sanity. The show he has chosen is innocent in comparison. Not embarrassing in the slightest.
 
Not angry — he can do what he wants — but sad for him. Appearing on this form of so-called ‘reality tv’ costs you in integrity, dignity and respect. They’re not just bullshit, they’re toxic bullshit. He’ll regret it, his kids will regret it and he’ll never be seen as a serious person again.
