Just heard on Radio Sen,that buckley's hamstring could be back related, which means according to the experts on sen that, this could be worse than first thought....Anyone know any different ?

Yeah pendles he has. What these turkey's on radio have said that the hammy related injury, could stem, from some sort of back injury, which if true will most definately will interupt his whole season.I certainly hope this isn't true. Then there are other quarters saying that bucks could have low level ostitis pubis. The only way to get rid of that is a 4 month rest.So who, knows ?

There are so many rumours concerning Buckley, the only one I can believe is the word of Geoff Walsh...who received the news inside the club and presented it to us.

First we hear of soreness in the hamstring, from Eddie i believe, and then a couple weeks later it is revealed he has a hamstring injury.

Rumours have circled that he has a low grade Osteitis Pubis, and now that the injury is back related...they all may connect, but it is only to serve as a story.

All I am going with is a simple hamstring strain and he will miss a month since it happening.

Buckley was on SEN for his Monday show prime movers and I wasn't listening intently but I'm pretty sure he said it was a simple hamstring injury.

Don't fear the worst.

It is a hamstring strain.

Well said, because that is correct.

However, Bucks was in a state of discomfort - back trouble from what I could gather on my lounge - in the Port game before taking a specky on Chaplin at the top of the goalsquare. But I can't see how this could be troubling him because he did a full pre-season.

There is no reason why a back-related hamstring would have someone out for a whole season. In theory, if the back is managed appropriately they should rehab faster than a basic hamstring strain, because usually the grade of the tear is lower.

Bucks was saying on SEN the other day that he's had neural pain through his hamstrings for about 18 months. I doubt this latest injury is anything other than a pure hamstring strain.
