i know its early but i just wana know what surporters are going to do are you going to boo buckley this weekend. Personaly i wouldent bother.

This situation is a little different to the Leigh Colbert thing, as Nathan Buckley cheated by wiping blood on Cameron Ling's jumper to force him from the field... a very unsportsman-like act and not something Buckley would proud of I reckon.

I won't boo Nathan, afterall, he is a champion.

To this day, i've only ever booed three footballers, Leigh Matthews, Wayne Campbell and David Clarke.

I'm not starting anything but for someone to say Buckley cheated by making Ling go off (true), means that he broke the rules...Ling broke the rules by getting Buckley high which caused his head to bleed in the first place. (also true)

Yes Ling hit Figjam,but the video also showed Ling getting elbowed by Figjam first.
Why wasn't that picked up ? I think we all know why. It's only that Figjam did something so bloody stupid that he got himself suspended.

All I'm saying is that I think when Nathan Buckley retires and looks back on his great career, he wont be proud of his actions that day, not very sportsman-like behaviour, especially from a captain.

How many AFL players have been suspended for smearing blood on an opponent ?
I can only think of one.
