Trying to burn music CD's as in albums.
Have tried both TDK & TDK Gold & another brand. Also have a Teac that im willing to try if its got some hope of working, but dont want to waste it. Already wasted too many. ****ed because CD-RW work fine but they cost like twice as much.
Ill looking into the firmware though, thanks.
And somebody please dont mention copyright protection because its not that.

The program that comes with the burner gives a operation failed message after it is finished burning. Although there is at least some data on the disc normally 400mb worth, it wont play on the computer or in my hi-fi.

ok, i presume you got the ulead dvd burning programs then? i have a pioneer burner as well and haven't had a problem, you might want to try deepburner which is a free burning program, if deepburner doesn't work then its probably the cd's or possibly windows, or maybe still the burner?
