given we make the 8, the 4, whatever, how the hek r we gonna match up with the weagles this time round. this time, it really is the Benz v the ford cortina, and thats without Cousins. The way they demolished the Kangas in the 4th quarter was truly amazing.

If we get that far, I wouldn't be too worried. Like it is for Carlton vs Coll games, it doesn't matter who has the form and who doesn't when we play the Eagles. The game will be red hot.

Anyway, how about the same way we have the last 6 times we've played them? In the end every single one of those games could have very easily gone the other way. West Coast are a great side, but Sydney do match up againest them very well. Regardless of whatever, round 16 will be another tight one.

I know this may sound weird, or like I'm trying to brag, but... I think the swans strike fear in the hearts of the e-girls and their supporters... as much as a few of them would like to deny it.

Each time I read a thread started by a Victorian or some other cellar-dweller supporter reading, "The swans are finished" or "The swans season is over" ... there's always one or two West Coke supporters replying, "I wouldn't count on it" or "I don't think so," etc etc.

They seem to be the only supporters who have genuine concerns about us and the threat we pose. And I think this stance by West Coke supporters reflects the attitude taken by the actual players at the club. Why is it that we can lose so badly to Adelaide whereas we can match it with what seems to be an unstoppable, drug-fuelled, evil machine? I think the players at West Coke are wary of the bloods organisation and unity.

So don't worry about whether we aren't the best going around at the moment, so long as we meet them in September, we should be able to match them. Cause the swans seem to win where it counts. ...(Usually) ... and we have one thing that other teams don't when facing West Coke... fear.... fear generated by the nightmare that was 2005...

and the fear that it may be repeated.

Im not sure its fear but i do think West Coast supporters respect the Swans as a team just like alot of Swans supporters respect the Eagles.
