I'm getting nothing but the old "indefinite" line on the injury updates pages. Can anyone please give me some indication of where Byron is at and when he is likely to return this season?

Midseason break is when they have given him as a expected return.

He's stacked on a bit of weight, but still looks a tad underweight. Didn't go to training lastnight, but went the week before and he was training with the main team so yeah, I'm guessing he should return soon.

If Byron is back after the mid-season break, you would have to think that he'd have at least a month at Claremont to get his match fitness and conditioning and his touch back up to scratch. I would be surprised if he's back before about Rd 18 - if at all this season.

Yep, definitely. The thing is though, where would he fit into the side? Who would go out for him to come in?

I think they expected him to be ready for AFL after the split round. If he is currently training with the main squad he might be ready to play wafl in a month then ready for AFL footy late June or early July.
