Take advantage of the crop that don't need development, milk them for all they're worth then don't get anyone of substance through trade period or the draft before turning the list into a shambles. What's interesting is that the quality of the list isn't close to what they had with us so the odds are stacked against them.

They might get lucky landing a "big fish" in a trade. But the key thing will be can Rosa recruit talent.
