Ling looks like a bleached raisin wearing a clown wig and offers a similar level of insight into the game.

I thought Mal Blight was awesome as a special comments man. Occasionally loopy but often made a lot more sense than other hysterical commentators. I recall years ago how he criticised North players for kicking to the wrong side of a Jakovich/Carey contest. Simply stuff like that which educates viewers. (instead of what their favourite movie is)
