So finally we will get to face our good friend Scotty playing in an Essendon jumper. Obviously things are going to get pretty heated as both clubs finally have a chance to reclaim some pride. Getting to the point though, what kind of reception should he be getting from the crowd? Given that he has been a great player for us for most of his career I don't think he deserves too much of a hard time.

Thoughts?

I'm sure some sections of the crowd will boo him, but we have to remember that he's a premiership player at Carlton and gave us 11 years service.

At the start of the year I would have let him have it, but i'm kinda over it now. Will be interesting to see who matches him up though.

I won't boo Campo at first, but if everyone else is, then I'll jump in and be the loudest :D It's all a bit of fun and should add to the games theatre.

Watch for Campo to throw his weight around!

Should be booed considering the circumstances he departed in.

Knowing campo he will take it out on someon like blackwell.

Fev will subsequently squash him.

I hope Fev stays well away, we don't want him losing the Coleman Medal because of a little rib tickler towards Campo.

I hope the crowd give it to him, Cancereale is a disease who runs around the back of the ball winner and collects easy kicks, carlton and its supporters owe cancer nothing. He played in a premeirship team in his first year and was one of our leaders, yet when we needed him the most he walked, boo him hard and loud.

I can guarentee someone will take him out, or try very hard too, during that match.

The only problem is fev is the only one capable and we can't afford for him to be doing that sort of stuff.

Personally, I think Pagan will instruct the boys to ignore him, and concentrate on the ball................unless Campo starts something first, then it'll be on.

He sold out on his club and teammates... That is something I do not respect! I hope someone runs through him at the first bounce, perhaps Margaret (Houlihan) can be given the job.

I'd watch for Carrazzo, Scottland or Carlo's, but I think alot of you are right, Campo will target his frustration out on someone like Blackwell. Campo's likely opponent will be Walker or Carrazzo with Simpson as a outside chance.

don't think campo is on anywhere near what he was on at carlton either WAN@ER

Hes on probably double what Carlton were willing to pay for him last year. Estimated he was on 5-600 now maybe 400, carlton were probably gonna cut him below 250, Bannister was delisted, Mgrath i think we traded u for. Campo left the club for more money. Deserves all the boos he gets.

You have no idea, do you? One of the main reasons he left Carlton was that he was not offered as much money as he wanted. Now how bout you crawl back in your hole you scumbag!

It was never to go to a fresh place was it, nah just the money of course

Its always about the money with Campo, if he wanted a fresh start and a chance to play in finals team he certainly picked the wrong club!

Finals was never apart of it, he just needed to get out of Carlton and wanted to play under Sheedy
