Random rule change to stop time wasting. If you are in goal kicking range and signal to the ump that you are taking a shot at goal and you then kick the ball backwards it should be play on. sideways to a player in a better position or closer into goal is ok.

West Coast started that season 15-1. I could be wrong, but I’m fairly sure it’s still the most recent time last has beaten first.

At the same time as this match, Carlton was playing their last ever match at Princes Park which they lost. It was an all round good day, especially as an 11-year old at the time.

I backed the Pies at $10 that day. A few beers were consumed after the game.

We also beat them in 2006. I was at that game on my bucks day / night.

Really liked Caracella in his sadly brief time with us. He had years of really good footy left in him when he went down.

He was such a great player. We had another dude from WC . Rintoul was the other one who's career ended due to concussion. He was a good player also

One of the shining lights of a tough 2005 season. Really good recruit I thought.

Caracella's last game was Pendles' debut game.

We had another dude from WC . Rintoul was the other one who's career ended due to concussion.

Andrew Williams and Chad Morrison are the other two that came from WC.
