One of those 3 for sure. Personally, I would play Carrots on Jelwood & Gibbs on SJ who has done a good job on him before.
Who does everitt go to?
Hes been bloody good as a run with..
Maybe jimmy?

Had SJ VC & GAJ as C...SJ having a shocker and need something special to win some tight leagues. Therefor I'm throwing Libba the Captaincy this week.

I know it was way back in March, but in the last practice match before Rd 1 St Kilda gave Port a run for their money. See article below.

Port's top pick firms for round one in win over Saints

PORT Adelaide draftee Jarman Impey looks set to debut in the side's round one game against Carlton next weekend after a polished display in Saturday's practice match against St Kilda.

The Power's first pick (No.21) at last year's NAB AFL Draft was composed and courageous on his way to 19 disposals, his defensive pressure on show as the Power overcame a slow start to finish

Vice-captain Brad Ebert was in brilliant touch with 24 disposals and three goals, while second-year player Ollie Wines (23 possessions) and Angus Monfries (21) were also influential.

St Kilda midfielders Lenny Hayes (26 possessions, two goals), Jarryn Geary (22) and Farren Ray (19 disposals, two goals) were their side's best, while South Australian draftee Luke Dunstan shone with 20 touches, eight clearances and a goal.

It was another scrappy start for the Power and, while Essendon failed to make them pay on February 25, the Saints had no such difficulty as they booted seven first-term goals.

The home side was far cleaner with the ball in the second term and, although the Saints continued to dominate centre clearances (35-13 at half-time), Port hit back through skipper Travis Boak – the first of four unbeaten goals.

Saints Hayes and Ray found no issues in getting their hands on the ball (14 touches apiece to half-time) and both goaled to keep the Saints in front.

After slotting a remarkable checkside goal in the second quarter, John Butcher's miss from 20m out straight in front in the third term drew sighs of disappointment from a vocal home crowd.

An unselfish handball from Aaron Young to Butcher in the goalsquare secured him his second and when former skipper Dom Cassisi kicked his second major the Power were in front.

A 50m penalty to Butcher meant he wasn't required to take another nervous shot at goal and made no mistake from point-blank range.

The margin threatened to blow out in the final term when Boak and Ebert both kicked goals, but late majors to Hayes and Shane Savage ensured the Saints remained in touch until the final siren.

Port Also beat Saints by 100+ points in a practice match, in 2010 or something like that.

Lock in Gray for his customary 107. Choose someone with big ceiling potential/previous record vs opponent.
The reason I'm picking Gray because its a clear POD, Ablett is always there anyway.

2010 was 4 years ago both lists look completely different now. The game I referring to was played at Alberton a week before round 1 this year and both teams were close to full strength. My point was, Saints might give Port a tough game just like Melbourne did last week....or they might just roll over, either scenario is not a given though.

I was alluding to the fact that practice matches are full of shit! Saints made the GF that year.

Yeah I've got it on Griff atm, have a feeling he will go monster huge or he will spud it up and Libba will go monster huge.

I hope Libba (coz i have him) but suspect Griff.

Pogba i think its you who is playing the great tracygrimshaw this week??

Wot was da reasoning behind Kade Simpson as VC?

PS - we are all rooting for you!
I hardly ever use the VC's score, so I thought I'd reward some good form from Simpson. He didn't live up to it though :p.

I always go gaz anyway. I think tracygrimshaw has me covered though :(

Well in that case, lock him in for a monster score.

I'll take my 140 thanks Jiska such a waste my ass mwaaaaa. No guarantee Ablett or Pendles will get 140. JuddgementDay thats for you too; for liking Jiskas post :P

140 good enough for you!!! VC is about taking risks, and if everyone else has Ablett and he goes shit, hallelujah
