Cooper's Pale is very very overrated IMO. That sediment crap makes me want to spew when I see it.

That said I'd drink it cos all beer is great. (cept light beer)

I'd take Draught over VB but would happily drink both.

Neither. One tastes like its been filtered through a bus drivers sock, the other gets weaker by the day. Both are more chemical than beer. There are so many good beers to choose from why drink rubbish?

I'll tell you what though - Toohey's Extra Dry is coming up from behind on both of them. Note that there's now Carlton Premium Dry and Hahn Super Dry - The Dry's are taking over!

Extra dry is the only decent Toohey's drop and I'm also a fan of the Carlton rip off. Am not game enough to attempt a Hahn anything.

Best aussie beer is definately Boags Premium
Toohey's Extra Dry is a close 2nd

As for VB and Draught... well I don't mind both but I would get VB in a stubbie and Draught from the tap

Living in Canada for the last 4 months has made my appreciation of Aussie beer sky rocket. In general Canadian/US beer is poor quality, there are a few exceptions but having said that give me a VB or Draught over what I'm having right now anyday.

I'll second that. Or Boag's premium or Boag's Strongarm (my personal favourite). In fact, anything by Boag's shats all over anything else.
