Have you read it ? LOL

It's minimal.
If you want to check out the info on viral load clearance between vaccinated & unvaccinated specifically then this is a good paper to read through (with a stack of graphs for the visually inclined):

SPOILER ALERT - viral loads, on average, drop faster in vaccinated individuals when compared to unvaccinated, delta variant included.

Mass vaccination in the middle of a pandemic is not supported by many experts. It's especially so with imperfect or ''leaky'' vaccines that don't prevent infection, replication or transmission.

Imperfect Vaccination Can Enhance the Transmission of Highly Virulent Pathogens

''Our data show that anti-disease vaccines that do not prevent transmission can create conditions that promote the emergence of pathogen strains that cause more severe disease in unvaccinated hosts.''

Leaky vaccines promote the transmission of more virulent virus

''The results suggest that disease interventions that aim to prevent disease symptoms without preventing transmission can have dangerous evolutionary consequences and need to be considered in cases with imperfect vaccines. The findings were published this month in PLoS Biology and can be accessed here. The video press release is also available here.''

Both of these articles are 2015-6 and relate to viruses in chickens. Not sure the exact correlation to human viruses in 2021.

I also note the second article, despite being from 2016, now has a bunch of very recent comments all from antivaxxers. So presumably this is just a cut and paste job from an antivax talking point.

4 October, 2021

A new study from the University of California, Davis, Genome Center, UC San Francisco and the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub shows no significant difference in viral load between vaccinated and unvaccinated people who tested positive for the delta variant of SARS-CoV-2. It also found no significant difference between infected people with or without symptoms.

I love your attempted gotchas end up blowing up in your own face.

The very paper you cite as an article of faith says

" Vaccines have been shown to be highly effective in preventing severe disease, hospitalization and death from COVID-19. For example, as of mid-September, 41 out of 49 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento were unvaccinated. "

How is that blowing up in my face ?

In the post prior to the one you've quoted I said, ''but vaccines don't have to stop replication or transmission to be considered effective. Especially if they succeed in stopping disease or death in the host.''

Do you have any comprehension skills ?

Yes, I've read it.

There's no significant difference.

Really? Wow... who would've thought. My question though was what's YOUR definition of it.

Because if we go by all the scientific definitions online then the mRNA vaccines are vaccines, not gene therapy treatments.
You've been reading too much Reuters and other damage control propaganda entities, who try and defuse any concerns of experimental vaccine technologies at any breathless moment they get.

It's actually pretty exciting technology where genetic coding is delivered to your ribosomes through an envelope for them to become manufacturing cells of the computerised sequence code they're given. To work they need to be tricked into believing the instructions are natural to the body.

But I prefer to hear directly from a Bayer (vaccine manufacturers) executive to determine whether the mRNA vaccines are in fact gene therapy treatments. Here's Stefan Oelrich, President of Bayer's Pharmaceuticals Division in Germany, as well as being on the Board of Bayer. Listen at the 1:37:30 from last month's World Health Summit 2021, where he confirms that indeed they are gene therapy treatments.

Maybe take a deeper look into what he was ACTUALLY talking about in Beyer's Cell & Gene Therapy research arm:

He was NOT referring to the vaccines and I'd imagine that Stefan Oelrich would be pretty annoyed at being misrepresented.

What you have described in their mechanisms in helping the body create an immune response is correct... however, this is not gene therapy.

What ?

''Gene therapy can take several forms.'' They even say that in the link you provided.

LOL.

Did you even press play and listen to the exact words of Stefan Oelrich ???

''Ultimately the mRNA vaccines are an example of that cell or gene therapy''

You don't expect anti-vaxxers to actually read their own links do you?
It's "do your own research", not "do your own research and reading"

Ah, apologies, I stopped after he first mentioned "cell or gene therapy" didn't hear the follow up statement... my mistake there (see everyone... it's actually not that hard to admit when you've made a boo-boo).

However, I don't think he represented the vaccines well there and was rather trying to sell interest in Beyer's research arm. From their own website:

"Gene therapies focus on the use of genetic material as a drug, correcting or replacing the abnormal gene function causing it." Yes, this can take several forms in terms of how they correct or replace the abnormal gene function.

The vaccines don't correct or replace any abnormal gene function in the body but rather just provide a code for ribosome protein manufacturing. This code isn't embedded in the persons DNA sequence.

Oh God, you do realise most scientific studies and biological experiments involve animals when it comes to zoonotic viruses ?

What ? It's there for all to read. There's a minimal difference.

What's your theory on wearing cloth masks ?
"oh shit i was wrong, lets move the goalposts to say its not very much and try and make it seem like i was right the whole time"

i dont have a theory, because i'm not arrogant enough to think that i have any expertise to be able to contradict the medical scientific community.

Jordan Klepper had a belter of a time with this at a Trump rally over the Russia thing.
Fish in a barrel stuff. Americans at political rallies are the most extroverted of extroverts. Still amusing though

''When they analyzed the data, the researchers found wide variations in viral load within both vaccinated and unvaccinated groups, but not between them. There was no significant difference in viral load between vaccinated and unvaccinated, or between asymptomatic and symptomatic groups.''
