Any Carlton supporters eagerly anticipating this game as much as North fans.

After watching your boys against Essendon, I am now of the opinion the Rd 5 clash should be a corker!

Considering it will be a game where Pagan, Martyn and McKernan face up to their old side, I think that the Roos might be more fired up to spite Denis especially. Denis will no doubt get the Blues fired up so it should be a physically intense contest.

The only thing I'm worried about is if Wells slaughters us. That'd hurt, alright.

Can't wait for this game, will be a ripper. I'll clap Wells too, hope he does well(s).

Wells has alot of skill and class, but he is a long-term prospect. We have enjoyed him coming off the bench and showing his class, but unfortunately the midfield is not playing as well as it should be, its the senior players letting the team down.

He had to be replaced with someone capable of playing out the game and the side does not really suit him. All in all I am happy with his progress. He is getting valuable experience under his belt but he really has to go through another two or three pre-seasons to develop his body to be more durable for AFL football.

Would be a shame to see him burn out or get injured this early.

Hmm I'm not so sure yet. I had us about eleventh at the start of this year but hopefully we can make the finals, but I wouldn't havec any expectations if we did.

We're playing well at the moment, but it's still so early on, I don't want to get carried away. If Fevola keeps playing as well as he has (never thought I'd be saying THAT!), who knows?
