Richard Hadley is a dud?
That's the equivalent of calling Ramanauskas a dud when circumstances beyond our control has prevented us getting the best of out Hadley this year
He had 18 touches and kicked a goal against Essendon.
Hadley is a better footballer than Welsh and a better midfielder and kick than Stanton, but he just can't get on the park enough to show it.
Hadley didn't have a full pre-season, but was brilliant against Collingwood with his ball winning(4 first disposals), skill, leadership, tackling and blocking for Judd.
I wouldn't swap Hadley for McVeigh if all things were equal and he hadn't had two knees injuries and a groin complaint.
Thankfully Carlton has taken a conservative approach with his injury and not rushed him back into the side so he can get fit for next year.

I wouldn't swap Hadley for McVeigh if all things were equal (but i know very little about football) and he hadn't had two knees injuries and a groin complaint.

Edited for accuracy
As long as you are happy with him, that's all that matters.

Now what this year proves is that since we beat you and you beat Pies and Pies beat the Cats, we're clearly the 2nd best team in the comp.
