Its disgusting - we dominated the first half, showing premiership form, and now we are stuffing around.
Freo are a good team - and their form in the first half was awful. So i could understand them coming back - but not this close.

Wasn't planning to after hearing that Freo came back, I was looking forward to a good old shellacking. Oh well.
Look 30 points was alright in the end, but there is no defending how we played in the first half, if anyone tries to sugar coat that game I'll go nuts!

Mate we did play like girls in the first half.
But if thats all you have then to be honest I am not at all scared. The player group you have will not bring you a premiership. The Freo group has improvement to make and we will be around about in the finals and get close to a premiership in years to come. We needed Sandilands in the first half.. but apparently Longmuir played a blinder in the second half. This is where we suffered in the first half we were belted in the centre square.
In the second half we got an ascendancy in the square. Played man on man. Consequently we took control of the game as we are a better side on paper. Or man on man. Connolly is not smart enough to see we win when we play man on man. There is a common myth that we can not stand up to man on man footy. That is abosolute codswallop. We play our best football man on man. Zoning allows our players to be outnumbered in the forward line and you need to kick goals to win games.

It was our good play in the second half that got us back in the game. Don't give me that relaxation crud.
