Well there you go, so were public funds used to fund construction of said ovals? The public are being a denied a right to use what they paid for? i thought ere was some Australian Paralympic Money used to part fund the Ess FC Tullamarine base?

I'm not really sure about the funding etc.
I work near there and blokes I work with train on it when they can't get to training,people run laps etc.
There was a bit of a huff one day when they were told to piss off, but they sorted it out and went to the other oval.
I was pretty surprised that it was the case to be honest.
Anybody can just go there and run about.

So theoretically speaking if current Essendon players were banned, they could quite easily continue to train together on that oval I would think.
Would be interesting.

Surely it isn't a risk.
Just a really clever way of keeping them close by,motivated and easy to keep an eye on them.
