He's just won the China 250 race in wet weather.

He rode a great race but putting it bluntly Doviziozo wasn't pushing him all that hard - the Italian was the real winner here because he's now leading the championship. He did the smart thing and avoided an accident by not really going at Stoner.

Must've been something wrong with Dani Pedrosa's bike

It was like those 3 wheeled bikes you can ride on lakes.

BTW,he's the first Aussie to win back-to-back 250 races since the late Greg Hansford did it in the mid-70's.

I was listening to SEN last night and heard Tony Schibecci announce that Troy Corser had won the 250cc Portuguese Grand Prix.

Great weekend by Casey. His first pole in 250s and was the quickest rider all race. Dovi couldn't get close enough at the end to put enough pressure on without a "win it or bin it" move. If only he didn't crash out of 3rd in the first round, he'd be leading the championship at the moment.
I think Pedrosa just struggles a bit in the rain. It was usually more damp races last year that others got near him.

Corser will win this weekend instead!
