Hopefully Berry gets off and we have just the one change next week, which I assume will be Zorko out and Noah in.

I saw Kiddy grab the hamstring in the last quarter which had me worried, but he went off and came back on, so I assume it was a knock when a player fell on him in a tackle than anything more sinister.

Hard to get a read on the Dees. Beat an undefeated Suns last week and then belted by an average Bombers team. Probably shows that if we are below par they might trouble us, but anything close to our best should be enough to get the job done.

IMO this will be another tough game, similar to yesterday, the Demons will cop a blast from Steven King and co and they will be up for a game against the reigning back2back Premiers.

Out- Dayne Zorko.

In- Noah Answerth.

If Noah is not ready I'd give Shadeau Brain a go, if Berry cops a suspension Sam Marshall.

Do not kick long if Max Gawn is in the vicinity, Kysaiah Pickett is a match winner, will need an all team keen awareness of him, do not let him roam free.

After yesterday's showing maybe with the Suns, no Trac, no Suns at the moment?

We have 3 player milestones coming up this week. Shame it is an away game

Neale 300, Dunkley 200 & Morris 50
Depends where you live I reckon. Also, two Victorians and one Western Australian ( ;) )

Hopefully we show up more than the journos did for fagans press conference haha
Pretty embarrassing from the AFL, and shows the irrelevance the AFL assigned to the game. The entire football media in Adelaide and a single journo at the presser.
Surely they could have sent an AFL.com.au intern out there on a field trip… or perhaps they did and that’s the reason there was 1 “journo” present.

I thought our backline was a bit clunky against Norf, totally understandable given the changes so far this season. Fletcher and Wilmont seem a bit down on their normal attacking. Gallop is still learning his way but is performing great in desperation type plays and will benefit from Harris back. Kiddy is playing swing-man and Bruce has flirted with a slot in the half backs.

I think Fagan always selects what he thinks is his best team and what is his grand final line up pretty much irrespective of form (Rayner over time, Charlie last year etc). I'm think as few changes as possible back there now and for the season. Answerth is in our best side, straight swap for Zorko. Bruce and Kiddy do some extra minutes back. Let's just work on the combination and get that part of the field humming along.

No other changes barring Berry goes out, rather than a fine, for a careless inner forearm to the head with a glancing blow.

I am sure there were plenty of journos nearby sampling the delights of the Barossa

Here's a useless stat for you - as the Brisbane Lions, Logan Morris will be the 100th player to play 50 games or more for the club.

I'm guessing that Wilmott's role has changed a bit with Starc and Answerth out. Fletcher and Wilmott would have to be playing tighter but these things are hard to pick up by watching on a screen. Attendees would be able to notice this type of change easier. Answerth back will free them up.

Chris Fagan mentioned that Wilmot was given a tight nullifying role on Jamie Elliott and did a great job.
