Changes for R7 v Suns

He's had a break...?
A bit cryptic, but my point was that one week the club (and many on this forum) say Nelson needs a rest. A bit frustrating that two weeks later he has had a week off and played much of one game as the sub, now he needs a full game so gets demoted to the WAFL.

So only one tall defender over 190cm?

With McInness and Sinclair as backup.

Just looked at the weather radar and yes it looks wet so maybe a blessing. Play a smaller more mobile forward line if McInness / Sinclair is needed down back.

Anyone want to predict how many marks Naitanui, Sinclair and McInness will take between them this week?

If we are going to tag a Suns midfielder i'd rather send Hutchings to Dion Prestia. Bennell too damaging on the outside for Hutch, thats just my opinion but.

Wellinham on Bennell would be a better option. Has better pace than Hutch and is match fit.

Bennell plays that high half forward role and Wellingham is now playing half back.

Three Rucks for the Eagles who were flying high,
Seven disposals each thanks to their legs of stone,
Nine hundred hitouts, all sharked so that we cry,
One mark between them, one mark alone.
In the Land of the Giants where the gameplan dies.
One mark between them all, just one mark will find them,
One mark between them all and in the darkness bind them
In the Land of the Giants where the gameplan dies.

I have a gut feeling we could drop this game ?
Have you watched the GCS at all this season?

They are shite & it would be very embarrassing to drop this at home.

Can't see us losing this is we maintain our work rate

I'm as pessimistic as they come.

Still can't see us dropping this.

They have to turn it around eventually, but I don't think this will be the game they do it either.
Although the weather changes things we should really win by 40 points at least.

I dont subscribe to that theory.

I don't if it's muddy. But if it remains a flat/quickish track with just increased slipperiness then it favours guys with 1 touch skills either around the ball or in marking contests.

Often modern footy is more about the latter.
