also... all these ppl are saying bring hartlett in- he cant get a bloody kick in the vfl so what makes you all think hes gna dominate in the afl???
3-4 weeks
bentick is fine in his position.
(even though he was terrible tonight)
Hadley's better imo.
we may have bought a lemon in Hadley - AB only playing well every second week is disappointing as when he is down he does not seem to come good for even a QHadley's better imo.

Or keep Kruezer drop Wiggins.
I'll reserve judgement until the reserves play.
Personally i don't think we should be making massive changes (as much as i would like to see Pfeiffer and Hampson and Hartlett play). The boys just need to gel together for a few weeks now and then we can see where to go from there.
this is where you are wrong. after a pathetic performance, changes need to be made to let everyone know that their position in the team isnt safe and they must all perform week in week out and one bad week could mean they are not selected.
walker has to come back in, setanta has to aswell to strengthen a very vulnerable backline that we had against the saints (everytime st kilda went into their attacking 50, they were destined to score)
and anderson and edwards shouldnt be playing afl- they are both not up to the speed of the game and they are both not talented enough.
The boys know their positions aren't safe. But you have to take into account that we are an inexperienced team still learning, and for that i say the boys need to be given ample time, along with opportunity to prove themselves.
Massive changes now would only effect the structure of the team.
If a change has to be made (being in Walkers case), then i'm all for it. However making wholesale changes is not going to get us anywhere.
And how can you honestly make that statement about Anderson when he's only played two games? I'm guessing you were one of the people asking for Paul Bower to be axed this time last year too.
How many games have they played so you can make such a definite statement?this is where you are wrong. after a pathetic performance, changes need to be made to let everyone know that their position in the team isnt safe and they must all perform week in week out and one bad week could mean they are not selected.

You said Anderson wasn't talented enough, so don't back track and change your tune to Anderson not being ready for AFL.no i have backed paul bower from day one.
on anderson: he is not ready- it is very obvious he isnt up to the standard of afl yet.
im not saying he should make huge structural changes but bringing in setanta and walker would strengthen the team and taking out anderson and edwards really wouldnt affect much.

Anderson and Edwards are just 20 years of age and played less than 10 games.
Walker should force Anderson out of the side, but he's still a talent worth persisting with and developing when he has size and pace.
Carrazzo has had a dirty month, but will survive.
I hope Hampson is promoted for Kreuzer who will be rested shortly according to Ratten.
I thought Grigg was pretty impressive running with Dal Santo
