If the GCS midfield do not stem the flow of ball into the Swans forward line it could be a very messy day for the GCS defenders.

B:
K. Kolodjashnij (18yo/190cm/8g) , S. May(22yo/190cm/44g), G. Broughton(28yo/189cm//95g)
HB:C. Cameron(20yo/190cm/5g) , R. Thompson(23yo/200cm/41g), T. McKenzie(22yo/191cm/67g)

HFB. McGlynn(29yo/172cm/134g), L. Franklin(27yo/198cm/191g), K. Jack(27yo/178cm/148g)
FA. Goodes(34yo/191cm/336g), K.Tippett(27yo/201cm/119g), S. Reid(23yo/196/62g)

Hally's been making a lot of mistakes lately and also needs to work on his goalkicking. Always seems to be trying as hard as he can, but needs to get a bit more polish before coming back.

I'd almost be fine with him shanking a few kicks if it meant he would actually put in a challenge. Absolutely infuriating.

never realised how old kieran jack is getting.

may > franklin
thompson > tippett
cameron > reid
broughton > mcglynn
mckenzie > goodes
kolo > jack

that's how i see it panning out

Nice match ups, exile.

I think I'd put Cameron on Goodes though. Seems the better match-up considering Trent's 1 on 1 defensive flaws. Cameron has a decent shut down game.

McKenzie on Reid, since Trent can fly with Reid' big jumps.

I'd also put Broughton on Jack. I also think McGlynn will be their tagger, so will play more midfield.

Big game for you guys tomorrow. Thought you were a little disappointing last week against us but back on your home deck with good inclusions I reckon you can take it right up to Sydney.

Had a quick look at the ladder, if you lose you may well drop to 8th and only a game ahead of Essendon.

I am fairly sure we will drop out of the eight as we play Sydney, West Coast (away), Hawthorn, Geelong and Collingwood in the upcoming rounds. But then we have a month of bulldogs, lions, saints and blues as well as some winnable 50/50s.

At the start of the year I expected 10 wins and hoped for finals, we look well set to pass that. I'm still confident we will play finals this year and finish infront of some disappointing teams such as Adelaide, West Coast and Essendon.

Yep McGlynn will play on Ablett I'm 99.9999% sure of this.

Our forward set up in the last month has been basically Tippett one out in the forward 50, with a resting mid in Parker/Jack and Goodes circling for dropped marks while guys like Franklin and Reid push really high up the ground.
