A outside the square type thought but can grimes play on a wing ? Has the pace and although a very unusual kicking style is quite efficient . We need outside pace badly so that when our midfielders get the footy they can kick to space and back blokes in to burn their opposition z

Is his disposal good enough though?

Out: Gordon was terrible today. Gave away 2 goals and coughed it up nearly every time he touched it.
Lambert i'm assuming will be unavailable with a shoulder.
Newman did some nice things but needs to get twice as much ball to justify his spot.

Give lids another week. May as well.

Thought Lloyd was good in patches today. At least provided a target whilst most of his mates were stagnant, waiting for it all to happen for them.

Give lids another week we can be 1win 2 losses and make a barnstorming finish again.

he actually did something , managed to win the ball and drive it forward for us etc he was in our best on the day although lots of others were poor , would like to see you get that much of the ball out there

I think you're looking into his disposal numbers too much. Watch the game.
Cheap chip kicks that goes 20m and sideways or backwards. Handballs into players under pressure, most noticeably to Maric who had 3 Dogs players around him within a 10m radius. In the 3rd/4th quarter he should've taken a shot at goal but instead tried to handball it off to someone on the 50m arc and it gets chopped off by Murphy and they rebound and get a shot at goal.

i said he was good , he was defs in our best , i didnt say he had an outstanding game it was max 7/10 when others were 5/10, but you need to look at the other stuff he did for us driving it forward , winning contested possesions etc. he made mistakes but others did too, overall he was in our best.
