AFL Club
West Coast
In: lamb or Jetta (might give Jetta another run in wafl)
Out: yeo

Yeo is flat tracker. Lamb could be better in terms of taking big grabs in half foward.

TBH unless there is an injury I suspect there would be no changes. Redden is a little off but not enough to be dropped and we need the contested pressure.

The traditional targets (Hill, Hutchings, Masten and Duggan) all played well.

Harsh on Yeo. Yeo simply doesnt have an identity on the team, position wise.
Id much rather have Yeo play in Reddens position and drop Redden.

That being said, probably no changes?

Yeo is playing in lambs position half forward flank which takes good marks and kicks it to 50 meters.

No changes as long as Wellingham and Darling pull up okay.

I'm actually looking forward to the next few weeks because they should shed a lot of light on what kind of team the Eagles are. Every match this season has either been at home against a bad team, or away against a very good team. The next few weeks we have:

Away against Port (average team)
Home against Gold Coast (bad team)
Away against Bulldogs (good team)
Home against Adelaide (good team)
Away against Brisbane (bad team)

Besides the home match against Gold Coast, none of these fit the pattern we've been in this season. We know the Eagles will belt bad teams in Subi, and are outclassed against the top tier on the road. But how do we good against bad/average teams on the road? What about good teams at home? It will be nice to get some answers to these questions.

Yeo OUT, Lamb IN??

No change for mine ....redden maybe

But I'd rather an out of form redden and than a passenger in Jetta

Let Jetta rack up,serious numbers in the WAFL

No changes would be nice.
But if there are forced changes then you'd expect it to be Darling and Wellers out. So if that's the case I'd like to see these changes.

OUT: Darling, Wellingham
IN: Lamb, Cole/ Nelson

I would prefer Cole to come in over Nelson, only because I want to see Nelson spend a bit more time at EP playing as a mid because we're lacking good depth through the midfield At EP atm. Maybe if Redden is still a bit out of form in a few weeks bring in Nelson for Redden.

Understand that early in the game Redden went off with a lower leg injury so this may have effected his output?

massive fan of us getting redden but if jetta warrants to be dropped so does redden. Redden being an inside mid is much likley get more ball than a jetta. a week or 2 for EP should hopefully be enough.

Probably no changes after a sound win like that.
If injuries, the next blokes in are Barrass (for a tall defender only) Nelson (for a small defender) Jetta (for a mid or small forward only) . If Darling doesnt come up, bring in a defender and swing Gov forward.

Darling will only be out if he's got a real bad corkie. Why would you want to drop Wellingham?

Can you guarantee that though for he won't get the same space playing AFL as in WAFL. Have seen this happen many times when a young player is given the opportunity from a lower level however finds the pace of the game difficult to handle. Might be better off just sticking with Yeo and hope he finds better form soon.
