Did anyone see ads for the haw vs coll game on sunday night. They said it was going to be on at 11.30pm that night and then about a few hours laster they changed it to 6.00pm. Jackarses

Guess it depends where you live mate - I'm guessing that's when they will show it in Sydney (11.30pm) because it is not key to boosting their ratings!

I saw the ad for it to be shown at 11:30pm and would obviously prefer the 6:00pm timeslot.

If anything it will be on at 11:30pm because the teams of Collingwood and Hawthorn do not get ratings in Sydney, because there is little support for them here.

We're not getting any free-to air coverage at all.

Nothing at all on free-to-air in Sydney all weekend, on 9 or 10.

And on Fox Footy, only the West Coast v Adelaide and Geelong v Brisbane game is live. The other games are shown at:
Kangaroos v Melbourne - Saturday 11:30pm
Collingwood v Hawthorn - Sunday 11:30pm

Got to love this TV deal. As Wayne Jackson said at the time, it wasn't about the money, it was about promoting the game in the northern states. That's why you've got to pay extra to get a channel that shows less live games than we used to get under the old TV arrangements.
