Hey guys, my trip to Skilled Stadium last weekend was my first and I have to say I really enjoyed it. I find that the Geelong supporters are probably the most modest supporters I know and they're not ferals as other obvious teams that wear black and white and to a lesser extent yellow and black. Simply put, if I had to choose another team other than Melbourne (god forbid) it'd be the Cats. The atmosphere was awesome and I'm uber jealous of the fact that you guys boast such a unique homeground advantage over your fellow Victorian clubs, I'd love nothing more for Melbourne to have their own little fortress like that. But the supporters were great, food was not bad (Hey better than the dome) and was very pleased the facilities and to top it all off, what a memorable and exciting finish!

But, there was one thing that I really didn't like. Lucky for me I was sitting in the new stand (Very impressive) in the members area and there was some woman a couple of rows behind me. It was dead quiet sometime during the second quarter and she's stood up as Jeff White's taken a mark and screamed out 'KICK HIM IN THE ####### FACE KINGY' and I thought...You parasite...That, as well as Jeffery being my favourite player so that kinda royally ticked me off. And I just thought it was such a harsh contrast when poor Tom got injured but yeah, other than that poor excuse for a human, you guys were great. Just thought I'd let you know.

Best of luck for Tom and I hope we meet in the finals next year just to even up the score from 2005! Oh btw, we'll give you back Clint Bizzell if we can have James Kelly...Yeah? Sound fair? Ok I'll see myself out...

Oh, man, I wish the supporters surrounding me were as nice as you were.

This guy was a total idiot, he was SO nasty, I nearly burst into tears. And I don't even do crying. He was horrible, and while it may be a big call, I reckon he's worse than Collingwood supporters.

There are D*Heads in all teams supporter bases. Honestly , no sane person could wish such a dramatic injury to happen again. The game we play is dangerous and requires courage , I wonder if these oh so brave spectators have ever been in front of a pack , or been chasing a ball that bounced the wrong way or had to stand under a grave digging giraffe pass. I doubt it, perhaps if they had these smarmy gits would be less likely to yell idiotic , brainless, comments

So many times I've been tempted to ask ****ers like that what their story is. Do they think their ok behaving like that?

Anyway thanks for dropping by and for the post. All clubs have supporters like that which is a shame, Longers injury ended up being worse then White's in the end as well (White's was still terrible tho).
