The banks are pricks. If the RBA cuts it by .50 the bank only goes to .30 citing 'costs'
And when it goes up they do the same.

I locked my rates in ages ago but I almost wish I'd paid any costs to get it relocked 12 months ago.

Well thank god! Great serial killer movies pretty much don't exist anymore in Hollywood. Se7en is basically two great actors and a brilliant screenplay. I'd call that a budget movie in the grand scheme of Hollywood.

reason. " apparently he was too drunk" i only had two drinks so I can tell u now that he wasn't even drunk. N he was in our big group they tapped him on the shoulder stupid flipping short steroid flipping hero *****. no but seriously we were like WTF where r they taking him they don't even ask or talk to him just kick him out? They were prob waiting 4 him to ark up or something. The only thing was he was tired so Mayb lookd tired not drunk n he was minding his own business not annoying anyone. Argh so frustrating cos then we all had to leave n it was flipping pouring

Lol. Yeah I know they dont exist, is a shame. My favs would be SOTL, Se7en, and to a lesser extent Copycat. (that one has its moments, but isnt in the same league as the other two imo).

Loooooove Silence, probably is about time for another viewing of that one- not se7en tho I watched that not too long ago.
