Great news Scotty.

I agree, the current leadership model requires a total review, I understand the concept of player empowerment however I also believe that Craigy needs to have more weight in the selection process

I think the current system has merit, but I think it needs some modification - apparently Geelong use the Lead Teams template, but have their own changes to it.

I wouldn't mind seeing a 6-8 man leadership group, where 3-4 players are chosen by the playing group, and 3-4 by the coaching staff.

Was talking to someone " in the loop" today and he expressed surprise that people would think that Knights was leaving.

Time will tell but I'm very confident

Phew !! Posted this on 6th August. I usually don't post "rumours" unless I have some very very good sources, which cannot always be revealed, and I was starting to think my info might have been incorrect. However, good to see Knighta re-signed
