He has tendonitis in both knees which restict his kicking action.

Yes your correct ofcourse, I now remember that no pre season with him due to that. Maric has it also.

Must take care of these two and softly softly. Our medicos have done a great job this year and both have come on leaps and bounds since they started their careers with the club so I believe they are doing just that.

That's a good point you've made.

Knights had no pre-season at all for that very reason. Ices up his knees after each game.

At what age did your tendonitis of the knees go, and did it just go naturally?

I had it years ago in my right elbow, it eventually went naturally over time.
But I only used it playing squash once a week whereas they use the knees all the time.

this is because you elbow wasnt made for the activity you wanted to use it for. What other exercises were you using your elbow for? :thumbsu:

My brother has knee tendonitis where there is nothing actually wrong with the joint structurally, so all they can do is strengthen it as much as possible and manage it while you do heavy work loads on it. He has had it for four yrs so who knows when it will go away. I asume it will be a management thing for chris for a long time too. The knee is one joint you dont want to injure in my experience.

Who thinks Knights will play in round 1 next year?

If they're all injury free, I will be very disappointed if Knights, Watts and VB aren't in the line up come round1, provided Watts is till here of course. Meeson ort Maric would be a smokey.

his brother and sister are friends of mine who go 2 my school, claim he averages 35+ possies in the twos, just hope he can get more game time for the crows to show what he can do

I don't know about "averages" but has had a number 30+ games & in my humble opinion, injuries allowing, will be a regular member of the side next year.

If you saw his appearance for adelaide, he did make full use of his game time, and his disposal of the ball was efficient. Judging by his performances in the SANFL for Woodville-West Torrens Eagles, he had been dominating. All the best to him, and lets hope he heads back home soon to the 'fatherland'. :thumbsu:

With its history of German settlers, Adelaide is the true 'fatherland' of Australia if there is one. In terms of Football, Victoria is the 'fatherland'
