This is a Dream Team related question, I apologise for cluttering your board but I couldn't find a specific DT thread for questions such as this.

Basically i'm considering bringing in Newman into my team, I didn't catch the game on the weekend but I've seen he's done quite well. I was wondering if I could ask the Richmond faithful what it looks like Newman's role will be this yr, and in their opinion will it be conducive to DT scores?

Was very good on the weekend and wont be troubled by is injury. History would suggest however that he is not the greatest dreamteam player. There will be games where he has specific shutdown roles and will not score very well. On the other hand there will be games where he is freed up and does quite well (like on the weekend). Personally i would say no, but at his cheap price he is quite tempting. Would see how he goes next as his price wont go up until after round 3.
