If you were at the game today you can appreciate that he works his ass off to get into position for the midfield. I thought he had a great game today. If it wasn't for his point at the end of the 3rd quarter it would have been probably his best performance for us.

Just a damn hard working forward who chased and did all the 1% and team things all game. Pity about that 1 slip up which everyone will remember.

Its funny sitting behind the goals and watching our defence switch play and our midfielders are too lazy to switch play with them. Crazy stuff. No wonder Pavlich needed some help and hence the recruitment of Taz. Our CHF works rediculously hard to present an option all game.

Wonder if the worst will bother to write a story about him this week?

Well done to Taz, he's had a rough start to the year and been under enormous pressure and looks to be coming out of it on top. Murphy and Campbell could learn a lot from him.

Yep, can't bag his performance overall. Kicked 4 goals, two of them brilliant horses of courses style goals. Good to see him back to playing good footy. And I have been one of his biggest critics.

To see some supporters still thinking he should be dropped on the train home says a lot about our fans. Just want to push their agendas............

A better game from Chris. He played pretty well overall.

He made a few glaring mistakes but he wasnt an orphan today. He could have kicked a few more today if he had received better passes from fellow players. He also fluffed a couple sitters and a goal.

thought he did bloody well. you could see he had the passion today. when he celebrated goals etc he really looked emotional and fired up. lots of big hugs. just looked like he was really into the "team" and trying his hardest

Its things like his performance that makes loses like these so painful. Instead of celebrating a hard working return to form of sorts, he's going to be guttered. It must make turning up to training on Monday so hard.

Still, was great to see - keep in mind he had a good 1st half last game too, his position does rely on the rest of the team big time, but his part was very solid.

Never liked him much. But Tarrant played excellent today and I was hoping that the freo fans would notice this, due to the criticism he's received in recent times. He seems reinvigorated now, like football matters again.

I'm sorry you guys lost.

he had a great game today, kicked a few goals. mind you, he ALWAYS works hard off the ball, a key thing lots of people miss.

Tarrant kicked 4 goals, which is a pretty good return in a losing side. Well done Taz :thumbsu::thumbsu:

He gets a lot of focus because of his big contract which is down to the good job of his manager. I don't agree with the amount that he gets paid, but so be it. There is nothing that can be done about it now. More often than not Tarrant works very hard and has become a very important player for us. I was very happy with his game today.

He was good today, very happy with his performance....something Ryan Murphy needs to look at.

I hope Chris can string a few performances together. He is a confidence player, and 2-3 good games could finally get him in the rythym at Freo. As a fan of the guy, I'd really like to see him step up.

The one thing that I think I've been most dissapointed about in his development, is his unwillingness to be a leader at the Pies or Dockers. He is a senior player now, I would like to see him playing as one. That might come with confidence - the Dockers need more strong leaders to help keep heads screwed on when everything is tumbling down around them

At first when Pav kicked to Chris and he took a running mark and then kept running and it dribbled through for a point, at first I thought "Oh crap". But, I then thought at last, he played on, usually he would stop, handball or whatever. So I am glad he took the risk, next time he won't miss.
