Sarah wore the pants in the Bartowski marriage. Chuck only stood up to her when she let him. Part of the comedy was the fact these two were shit communicators with each other

Chuck: We are crap communicators.Sarah: What?Chuck: Why are we so afraid to talk about the whole ring thing, you know? I mean we're in love, you wear your teeth-bleaching system in front of me... We should be able to talk, no?
Chuck: Well, in the meantime, let's keep going with the questions, heh? What are five words you'd use to describe your partner?
Sarah: Brunette... Tall...
Chuck: Mmmm kay, yeah, good, close. But what about like charming, terminally handsome, incredibly intelligent...
 
I thought Sarah looked cutest in episode 2.01 when eating chinese with Chuck.

And sexiest when dancing with Bryce in 2.03.

Chuck looked better with longer hair.

One of the problems with Chuck was because it was a serial, therefore if you missed an episode you missed part of the plot. Some of the best episodes were the stand alone ones.

e.g. Chuck vs Delorean
Chuck vs the cougars
Chuck vs the sensei.
 
I finalling worked out what I disliked about the ending, It was Chuck lack of action at the end of penultimate episode. By allowing his wife to walk out of his life without a fight he reverted back to the wimp that he once was.
