I could not beleive my ears....

Driving back from Perth to Gero this afternoon I was tuned into the broadcast of the game between the Saints and Richmond. Dont know if you guys are familiar with it, but ABC have a special number to which you can SMS comments throughout the game. Now and then they will read a few out during the game that are interesting and/or amusing

I nearly ran off the road when Drew Morphett said "Suzi Olsen has SMS'd in and said that Gaspar should be moved forward"

I watched a little of the game... did I not see Gaspar having a run in the forward line?

Funny, Suzi has never mentioned that she's cousins with Spud also!!

Speaking of cousins... I once mentioned that I was (distantly) related to someone in the Eagles squad (true story... not a suziism in it at all), and a few people wanted to know who. Well the topic of Suzi's SMS should give you a clue...

Suzi is a regular SMSer to the ABC's Friday night coverage. She told Tim Lane that Gavin Dore was going to umpire his 200th league game next week.
