How many of you think that Cloke the loser wont be suspended for breaking our darling Tyson Edwards nose??? I think to get off at the tribuneral or get a light sentence all you have to be is Victorian. Especially since they are the onyl VIC team in the Grandfinal. I don't think he will even get a fine. I think he should get 5 weeks like Bickles did because it's pretty similar. Only difference is that ass clown is in a Victorian team.

Yep i've gotta agree with u there, there is NO chance in hell that he will play in the GF, and he must know that too, the only hope that collingwood have got is to try and reduce the penalty for next year.
the incident was reckless and should recieve about 3-4 weeks

In the cold light of day, I would think that the charge would be unreasonable contact and that he would go for 1 - 2 weeks.

Despite how I felt on Saturday, I don't think the action was deliberate and I feel that this lad will unfortunately miss out on being a part of a GF.

It is not like the Bickley incident at all. I know how emotional this is and that this may have contributed to us missing out on a GF, but I think the two incidents are poles apart.

- he didnt break his nose he hit his jaw, try actualy watching the reply he broke his nose when he landed flat on his face, everyone knows that

cloke is like a teddy bear, he never takes out anyone not like his dad, he goes for a spoil hits some guys face he is the biggest thug in the game? if u actualy look he did the exact same thing on the kick in prior just proir so he wasnt trying to hit him, he actualy has a football brain, he come around with the hook punch because there was all adelaide players infront and he would have hit it strait into their forward line, he was trying to punch it sideways towards the collingwood players.

He will get off because he is victorian? hah coming from a adelaide supporter which everyone knows adelaide gets a fair run because wayne spanksome (jackson) goes for them. If cloke gets off it will be because he always punchs the ball, always does the round house punch, is a clean player, and because he had eyes for the ball, Bickley went for 5 weeks because he had no intention other then to get wakelin, and he fractured his face didnt he? cloke did nothing he broke is nose when he landed

We got in trouble for going on other peoples board, so how bout u **** off to ur own board aswell.

Cloke should get a min. of 2 weeks, and I hope he gets them. Never had anything against him till Saturdays game, a vicious uncalled for strike which ended the season of one of our best players.

The fact is, even if he did break his nose hitting the ground, he was unable to stop himself because he had been knocked out by Cloke's fist. Perhaps the only decent thing to ever come from Mike Sheahan's mouth was in today's HS:

"While Collingwood will argue Edwards hurt himself when he landed face-first, he landed face first because his capacity to do anything else was temporarily on hold as a consequence of the knock to the head."

Without wearing my sour grapes hat, I think he should go because if he doesnt go, then the tribunal are sending a message that to clock a player just to make him earn a mark is OK.

I think he will get off because....

1. Big Ed has influence--{Money}
2. Its a GF he'll miss out on if suspended --{Sympathy}
3. The VFL couldnt give a rats tossbag about how Tysons injury came about --{Apathy}

And it cannot be compared to the Bickley incident-- That was reckless with a capital R
