I bought Coldplay's 'Rush of blood to the head' today and noticed that the little booky thing (what do you call it  ) that's in the front of the cd is unusually small. Normally it has the lyrics and stuff, but this one only has:

*The track listing
*Pictures
*And a thing about who about who wrote/produced it & an explanation about the song Politik.

So, for anyone who has the CD, am I missing some pages?? Or is it just meant to be like that...

It's good, but it loses a bit in that the stupid Sydney crowd don't get into it that much. It's worth it though, and the documentary that comes with it is great, very funny in parts.

What's the new DVD like?

I only paid $26 and considering you get a full live DVD and live CD, it's great value. Clocks, Shiver, Yellow, Trouble and God Put a Smile On Your Face all go off, and Chris Martin has his hand bandaged from whacking that photographer in Byron Bay (i assume thats why anyway) :)

The DVD is great but the Sydney crowd were poor. The live versions of some songs are fabulous- well worth buying.

In regards to the CD booklet, both albums have been like that. Many artists these days fo not include lyrics or those details for some reason. They don't need to so I guess it is there choice.

Record companies complain about falling CD sales, and how we're all thieves if we download songs from the net, yet they overcharge us for CDs and provide the absolute bare minimum. IMHO if they're going to charge $25-30 for a CD the least they can do is provide a decent booklet with lyrics and some useful information.
