Im in Sydney dude. I run a Hotel... anytime i have an applicant who has lived in Melbourne... the first question that comes out of my mouth is who do you barrack for? I have not hired one person from Melbourne yet, because no one has got past the first question.

ROFLOL isnt that some sort of discrimination?! I say well done! You're right, it SHOULD be the first question, its the most important one.

1, Important for workplace harmony.
2, In your case, its important for workplace safety.
3, You'd want a close, friendly environment, not a competitive one.
