It was more a jump up & down hug off (rather than a walk off)It was indeed a walk-off. Rare situation in which a U.S. sports term translates to Aussie Rules. Kudos, Pat.

Coxzilla!
* I love Pat.
Love that he shines a light on our game.
Does our club leverage this enough with regards to prospective recruits? Some stats digging whilst I ease myself back into Australia.
Since VFL/AFL commenced -
Over 32.2 million people have watch Pies home game, 1.5 million more than the next team, Richmond, Pies have played 1 more home game compared to Richmond in the same period.
Just on 34 million people have watch Collingwood away games, 3.8 million more than the next team, Carlton in the same period
11 other teams are at least within 35 games compared to Collingwood in the same period for home games as well.
Pies rank 3rd behind Crows & Eagle (given they only started a few decades ago and bigger grounds) in home avg attendance - 32.2k, Richmond next best vic team with 30.8k but behind 4 interstate sides.
Pies rank 1st for away avg attendance - 34.1k, next best is Carlton with 30.2k, Tigers come in 7th.
Pies have played 146 finals games, next best is Geelong with 115, Dons & Blues just over 100 each.
Final attendance, Pies are just under 3 million attendance ahead of next best Geelong, for the record Tigers are around 52 million behind Pies (83 final games)
Since 1997
Pies home attendance avg has been 51k, next best is Dons with 47.2k, Tiger 3rd on 43k
Pies away attendance avg has been 49.3k, next best is Dons with 45.4k, Blues 3rd on 41k
In terms of finals in the above period.
Swans with the most finals with 41, next is Cats with 38, then Crows & Eagles with 33, followed by the Pies on 32, Tigers on 14 just ahead of GWS & GCS
From a finals crowd attendance in this same period -
Cats lead with 26.6 million (avg attendance is 70k)
Pies 2nd with 24.4 million. (avg attendance is 77k)
Tigers have highest final avg with 81k (obviously all recent)
So in summary - if anyone has ever tried challenging Collingwood or think they are bigger in anyway, they can just STFU and have a read of the above.

Not a fan myself to be honest, but he loves the club and was a contributor to us getting some 'clean air'.
Stan the Man…tough as nails.
Although probably still has nightmares about chasing KB around the MCG GF 1980.
Why is the election the turning point for 'clean air'?We had clean air before the election so not sure why Galbally deserves any credit.
or Jamie?Henry or JDG?
