We will get the deals done, but my god we have made a royal mess of this.

Looking at sydney and gold coast throwing around their picks, our delays have undoubtedly cost us any hopenof trading back into the first round.

This is a deal we needed to get done in the first week....before any video leaks or surgery stories.

Hine is one of the best, but we need to have a look at how we have traded this year because i think we have made it way more complicated than need be.

But regardless of the quality, those trades were actually completed

I'd say it's because of the fact that both the Treloar and Aish trades were effectively done "in principle" a long time ago? Especially Treloar. These two deals should realistically have been knocked out of the way last week.

Like I said, I still think our deals were intentionally held off, but that's just me. I don't think it's the "mess up" thing personally.
