I guess the win was expected but wanted to send my gongratulations to you guys. Adelaide have become a very dangerous side and very exciting to watch.

I have always had the upmost respect for the Crows and they wil be the team (along with the Bullies) that i will be rooting for for the remainder of the finals campain.

Hope you guys go all the way.

When the result was known, really enjoyed watching Adelaide play.

McLeod best on ground.

Live between Horsham and Stawell and have memories of grand final week 97, 98, watching the cars go through. Fair chance it will be on again.

Absolutely smashed us tonight.

Did some forward thinking Croweater pay Knights to go against all conventional footy wisdom and go into the game without a ruck. WTF!!

Paddy and the others would not have made much of a dent on the class gap tonight anyway. Well done and best of luck next week.:thumbsu::eek:
 
Congratulations crows. Always good to see Essendon get knocked out of anything, not that 10 wins says they should of been there in the first place but i guess thats a different story.

Anyway well done and we'll be sure to be sending St Kilda your way next week. Have fun and good luck for the rest of the year :)

You guys play some awesome and exciting footy, and without many high profile players.

There must be many of you that in some way are frustrated seeing this great style of footy being played now after years of mundane defensive rubbish that was served up.

At least you have beer as an excuse I cant imagine what Knights was smoking when he came up with Quinn in and no ruck. He truly is a visionary.

Thanks for that but there was a reason for the "defensive rubbish"
You go with your strengths and until Burton, Hentcshel and Knights came on the scene our forward line was so so.

Now the opposition has to match up on 6 forwards.

the beauty is they don`t all have to fire to be dangerous.
Crows were always strong in defense, couple this with a great forward line and a strong midfield.........


Still only first week of the finals but what a start!

Great bloody win guys, you were awesome to watch and I think will go far in September if you keep that sort of footy up. I called it about a month ago Adelaide will shock teams come finals and you've started on a high.

It was a bloody hard match to watch tonight from an Essendon's supporters perspective, but you guys were brilliant. You played clean and hard working football - I hope Knights and our boys took note and work towards that sort of attitude and fitness next year.

Well done and good luck next week. You're definitely better than the normal 5-8 team.
 
Great game Crows. Completely outclassed Essendon in every facet. If ever a team was to win a Premiership from out of the top four it would be you guys this year. Good luck

I guess he though Bellchambers was likely to get less than 50% of his taps, and be a big liability on the field.

That said, our rucks spoonfed Vince, Edwards and co all night.

Bold move, bad outcome.

Wasn't Bellchambers a late withdrawal? Meaning that Hille, Ryder, Laycock and Bellchambers were all unavailable, meaning Bock or nothing? If that's the case then his hands were tied as my little sister is more built for AFL than Bock.

I dunno, I just saw a team that said Bellchambers was an inclusion and Quinn an emergency, and was then suprised to see no Bellchambers. But I could be wrong, and Knights really may have been smoking something.
