Just wanted to say well done to your boys today. Looks like they have a top four spot sewn up, while we'll have to beat Sydney and Carlton a have some results go our way if we want to steal 4th.

I thought it lived up to expectations and your midfield simply held the buffer throughout the late stages of the game. Also Gherig was always going to trouble Browny.

Ageed the umpiring was pretty poor. But also agree that it wouldn't affect the result

Milne's goal was touched. Petrie got a very soft 50m penalty late in the game.

Oh well.

Well played Saints. It's fair to say that you're a year or two ahead of us development wise, but we had a crack and weren't far off.

Good to see both sets of fans acknowledge the crap umpiring went both ways. In the end you were just that much better. Congrats on sewing up a top 4 possie.

Yeah, the umpiring was not good, didn't favour either side but went in waves of stupidity, detracted from what could have been an even better contest. Bloody maggots.

Well done Saints, I tipped the Saints to win, just felt they are a better team across the whole ground. I am glad both sides fought a good tough contest, well, as much as the maggots would allow them to.
