Generally finals clubs lift the intensity of training prior to tapering off for the finals.
Usually a good chance for the lower sides to claim some scalps.

Thanks - your out of Vic form hasnt been too bad - you have been been unlucky not to pick up a win or two.

Its a different ball game for the Vic teams when they play interstate as opposed to playing other Melb teams in Melb.

If the local non-Melb team is really switched on at home then its a hard game to get.
