How close is Lynchy to breaking the club's consecutive games record? I don't think he has missed a game since the 2005 Grand Final which means he has played 94 consecutive games:

2006 - 22 + 4 finals (26)

2007 - 22 + 2 finals (50)

2008 - 22 (72)

2009 - 22 (94)

Surely he is set to break the record this year if I'm correct and he hasn't missed a game in four years?

To my knowledge he's played every home and away game since 2005 actually, including 21 games in 2004. Whether he missed a final or not I can't recall though.

How time flies. Feels like only yesterday he was promoted and hes racked up 150 games already

Ah yes, the day when we unleashed the beast and he kicked a goal with his first kick in AFL

I think since then every single goal Lynchy's ever kicked has been very similar to that one. Doesn't like wasting time with the set shot unless its from 60m.

Lynch is probably one of our most underrated players by opposition supporters.

And yet he's played full forward in a premiership year (was bagged by others despite some big hauls and 60+ for the year), plays up the ground at CHF and in the midfield, and also backup ruckman due to Seaby being an absolute spud.

Gun player. Love him.

He's not only underrated by opposition supporters, but by Eagles supporters too. :(

He definitely is underrated.

He is easily an automatic best 22 selection each week along with Cox, Kerr, Glass, Selwood, Lecras.

I really hope he has a fantastic year back at FF and proves his doubters wrong. He ony played Ruck these last 2 seasons is because he had to and he did it for the team. Anyone who kicks 60+ goals is a legitimate threat up forward.
